How we run our business We believe that you deserve to be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Before starting any project, we will sit down and talk about your needs and requirements. We will guarantee a fair price and quality work. If your project is beyond the scope of RAS Interactive, we will tell you up front and help you find another provider. RAS Interactive Privacy Policy Any information that you have so graciously provided RAS Interactive is used for the sole purpose of serving you, our customer. We will never sell your personal information to anyone else. Information may be shared only with affiliates for the express purpose of fulfilling your contract and will be done only after your approval. In order to be an affiliate of RAS Interactive, a company must adhere to this policy. Design Philosophy Uncommon design is not something that simply happens. From a single web page to a complex integrated database solution, there must be an identified process, one that is flexible enough to blend with the dynamics of our changing world, yet strong enough to ensure reaching the project's goal. Our proven approach is based on the Microsoft Solutions Framework: There are four phases each culminating with a milestone.
The Envisioning phase focuses on gathering information about the project, customers, and goals. A Vision statement is generated which embodies the purpose of the project. This statement is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound - SMART! Approval by all members of the project team is required before moving to the next phase. The Planning phase is where the structure of the project is detailed. The technologies, hardware, and software are identified that will support the Vision statement. The Project Plan outlines, in detail, what needs to be accomplished. Just like the Vision statement, all members of the project team must approve the Project Plan to move to the next phase. The Developing phase fulfills the Project Plan. The plan is implemented, the code written, the systems put in place. This is accomplished by following the approved Project Plan to ensure quality and efficiency. When the Scope complete milestone is approved, the project has met the requirements identified in the Project Plan. The Stabilizing phase provides a means for testing and verification that the project is implemented as specified in the Vision statement. Release of the final product is the culmination of this phase. |
